• Course progress and participation in sessions and coaching.
• Payment status (for example, paid or installment due). Payments are processed by Stripe; the Academy does not receive or store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

We use your information to deliver the program, support you, process and track payments, send enrollment and course communications, and keep our services secure.

3. Service providers

We share information only as needed with providers that help us run the Academy:

• Lovable — website, registration, and email hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Zoom — live sessions and coaching
• Pocket Prep — exam practice
• Microsoft 365 — email communications

4. We do not sell your information

The Academy does not sell or rent your personal information.

5. Session recordings

Live sessions may be recorded. Your name, voice, video, and chat messages may appear in recordings that are shared with enrolled students.

6. Retention

We keep your information as long as needed to deliver the program and support, and to meet payment and record-keeping obligations.
